How billing works
- Connected call time
- We count the time Piketto is connected to callers, from answering to hanging up. Each call lasts at most 10 minutes.
- Billed by the second
- No rounding up per call. A call lasting 1 minute 20 seconds counts as exactly that.
- Tests are free
- Test calls in your browser do not count towards your allowance.

Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise the subscription continues month by month.

We set up Piketto with you: business details, greeting, transfer rules, test calls and call forwarding with your provider. Optional; setting it up yourself is free.

Questions about pricing and billing
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
You can open an account and test Piketto in your browser without a payment method. To activate the phone number, you add a payment method; you are only charged after 14 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What happens if I need more than 1'000 minutes?
Piketto keeps answering. Each additional minute costs CHF 0.29, billed by the second on your next monthly invoice. You can see your current usage in the dashboard at any time.
Do unused minutes expire?
Yes. The allowance applies per billing month and does not roll over.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in Swiss francs, excluding 8.1% VAT. VAT is shown separately on the invoice.
How can I pay?
By credit card or other payment methods offered through our payment provider Stripe. Invoices and receipts are in the dashboard.
How do I cancel?
With a few clicks under “Billing” in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there is no minimum term.
