AI phone assistant for Swiss small businesses
You’ve closed for the day. Piketto picks up.
AI assistant Piketto answers your business calls when you can’t and emails you every message. Urgent calls go straight through to your on-call number.
Account and browser test need no payment method. Your number does; you are only charged after 14 days.
- Keep your number
- Set up in about 10 minutes
- CHF 299.– a month, cancel monthly
Missed calls
A missed call is often a lost job.
People who call a tradesperson or a garage usually need something specific and have little patience for voicemail. Some don’t leave a message and call the next business instead.
- 01
Voicemail doesn’t take orders
In the morning you hear a number and half a request. Or nothing at all, because nobody wanted to leave a message.
- 02
Emergencies don’t wait until morning
A burst pipe on a Saturday night needs someone who decides what happens. Not a message that gets heard on Monday.
- 03
Callbacks without details take time
Without a name, address and reason, every callback starts from scratch. With a complete message, you know what it’s about before you dial.
When is someone on the phone?
123of 168 hoursa week, nobody is there to answer your phone. That’s when Piketto picks up.
How it works
Three steps. Your number stays the same.
You keep your phone, your number and your provider. Piketto only receives the calls you forward, so during the day you take calls as usual.
01
Describe your business
Name, opening hours, services, common questions and your on-call number. The assistant answers using only this information. Test it free in your browser first.
02
Turn on call forwarding
A code on your mobile or a setting with Swisscom, Sunrise, Salt or in your phone system. You decide when Piketto answers. Recommended: forward calls nobody picks up within 20 seconds.
03
Get the message
After every call the summary arrives by email, and the call is in your dashboard with its transcript. Urgent calls are put through to your on-call number, and you also get an SMS.

What Piketto does
An assistant that listens, asks and makes nothing up.
It works from your information and follows clear rules: no invented prices, no appointments promised on your behalf, and it never pretends to be human.
Complete messages
Name, callback number, reason and urgency. It reads the number back digit by digit so it’s right.
Urgent calls to your on-call number
Urgent matters, and callers who ask for a person, go straight through to your on-call number. In a life-threatening emergency it refers callers to 144.
Appointment requests
It notes the service and preferred time and gives your booking link if asked. You confirm the appointment yourself.
Four languages, including Swiss German
It speaks English, German, French and Italian. It generally understands Swiss German dialect. If unsure, it asks the caller to repeat and, if needed, simply takes a message.
Knows your business
Opening hours, services, prices and common questions: it answers with what you have entered and tells callers when you are back.
Never busy
Up to 3 calls at once, so nobody gets a busy signal on Monday morning.

Frequently asked questions
What businesses want to know before they start.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
You can open an account and test Piketto in your browser without a payment method. To activate the phone number, you add a payment method; you are only charged after 14 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Does the assistant understand Swiss German?
It generally understands Swiss German dialect. If unsure, it asks the caller to repeat and, if needed, simply takes a message. It replies in Swiss Standard German and switches to French, Italian or English when needed.
My customers want to talk to a person. What then?
If a caller asks for a person, the assistant puts the call through to your on-call number. If you haven’t set one, it takes a message and you call back. It says at the start of every call that it is an AI, so nobody is misled.
What happens in an emergency?
Piketto puts urgent calls straight through to your on-call number, and you also get an SMS. You describe in your business details what counts as urgent for you. In a life-threatening emergency, the assistant immediately refers the caller to the emergency number 144.
What if my on-call team doesn’t answer?
The assistant says openly that the transfer did not go through, takes a message, and you receive it by email.
Do spam and sales calls count towards the minutes?
Yes, every connected second counts; sales calls are generally short.
How do I forward my phone?
On a mobile, with a code shown in your dashboard for Swisscom, Sunrise and Salt. For a landline or phone system, in your provider’s customer portal or your PBX. We recommend forwarding calls that go unanswered for 20 seconds: you answer during the day, and Piketto takes over otherwise. Any forwarding charges are billed by your provider.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. Your customers keep dialling your usual number. Piketto only receives the calls you forward.
What if the assistant doesn’t know the answer?
It only answers with the information you have entered. If it doesn’t know, it says so and takes a message. It never invents prices or appointments.
Are calls recorded?
No audio is stored. The call is saved as a transcript with a summary and deleted after your chosen period: 7 to 365 days, 90 by default. At the start of every call, the assistant says that it is an AI and that the call is transcribed.
Where is the data processed?
The application and database are hosted by netcup in Vienna, Austria; encrypted backups are held in Switzerland. ElevenLabs’ voice AI processes data in the USA and potentially in other countries. Cloudflare protects the website, Google Workspace handles email, Twilio handles telephony and SMS, and Stripe handles payments. Every provider, processing country and safeguard is listed in the privacy policy. No audio recordings are stored.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription can be cancelled monthly, with no setup fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The first 14 days are free.
Can I use Piketto with professional secrecy or health data?
Businesses bound by professional secrecy or handling health data need a separate written agreement before using Piketto.
